A reminder of our contribution can be found here.

There are two parts to this questionnaire, Part One includes a Data Collection Statement, Data Redaction Statement and GDPR notice. This section will ask you to provide your consent to Birmingham City University using the data you provide as part of our Research Excellence Framework (REF) 2021 activities. REF is the UK’s system for assessing the quality of research in UK higher education institutions. As part of this, we will ask you for your name and email address. You will receive a copy of the responses you provide in Part One.

Part Two is a short questionnaire about our mindfulness research, which will allow us to learn a bit more about the impact this research has had on your practice. The information you provide in Part One and Part Two will be stored separately, and all data that you provide within Part Two will be analysed and reported anonymously, meaning that you will not be identifiable from your answers. This anonymous data will form part of our submission to REF2021.
